Editorial Board

The Company Leader Team

The Company Leader Editorial Board is made up of members from across the profession of arms who rely on responsible discourse, a sound doctrinal foundation, and passion to reach a shared vision. Members of the board dedicate time outside of their full-time jobs; The Company Leader has no paid staff. The board does not speak for the Department of Defense, the United States Army, or their individual organizations. While we seek to agree on the big things, we recognize that each member–just like each contributing author–has their own opinions. We do not stifle opinions, as long as the writing is sound, the opinion is well-thought-out, and it responsibly adds to the professional discourse. For this reason, no one member of the board speaks for the whole, nor for The Company Leader as a whole. If it is a collective opinion or work, the byline will read “The Company Leader.”
