The enemy doesn’t practice social distancing. Great power competition and the adversary threat continue to grow during the time of COVID. The force is currently fighting to maintain the proper balance of safety for our troops and families, and readiness training to accomplish the mission. We must remain flexible and innovative. The Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) is here to help!

In the hopes of continuing the positive momentum of growth in our ability to succeed in Decisive Action, our team here at JRTC is offering a menu of virtual training options. You and your leaders will be able to engage JRTC OCTs directly, at any echelon, as you strive to maintain training and leader development.

Virtual JRTC is a way to bring an OCT to you for individual and small group focused leader development.  We can coordinate and develop tailored training based on the Menu of Virtual Leader Training seen below, or tailor something to your specific needs.

 

This is not a website or portal with PowerPoint slides. It’s the ability to virtually, visually, and digitally connect to your own OCT.  It’s like having a personal trainer.  Our Virtual Training offers a robust menu of topics, for every echelon. Our goal is to provide trained expertise to your formation on any tactical/warfighting topic, at any echelon, on any distance learning platform, and to any audience size. We are committing our OCTs to this effort, to meet your needs.
